Chairperson Lynett McLean called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
Commissioner Robert D. Stevens and Port Manager Chris Phalen
were in attendance. Commissioner Richard T. Edwards was absent.

Consent Items:
1. Motion was made and seconded to accept minutes of
January 2, 2008.
Motion carried.
2. Vouchers: motion was made and seconded to accept vouchers
for February 2008 as prepared.
Motion carried.
Unfinished Business:
1. Campground:
Port Manager Chris Phalen reported that the campground still is not cleaned up. She added, that she contacted South Shore Construction to do the job. It would cost $1000.00 plus $100.00 move in as well as tax. Port Manager Phalen asked how soon he could start and said he could start as soon as the snow was gone and ground wasn’t frozen. Port Manager Phalen got a fax from him and the complete job would be $1,193.50.
Petty cash is at $401.58. Cash in Bank, $615.00. Collected $400.00 in rent from the Fire Department.
2. Website:
Ken Jarstad was not present, so we have no report.
3. Land Clearing:
Port Manager Chris Phalen said she had not heard any more from the people since she got the e-mail saying they should get to the job the last week in December, weather permitting.
4. Raise for Port Manager:
Raise for Port Manager Chris Phalen is $250.00 a month starting January 1, 2008.
Our next meeting will be March 4, 2008 at 7:00p.m.
