Stevens called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Commissioner Richard T. Edwards
and Port Manager Chris Phalen were in attendance.
Chairperson Lynett McLean was absent.
Guests Present: Ken Jarstad, Dave Haugen and Joan Bray.
Consent Items:
1. Motion was made and seconded to accept minutes of
February 5, 2008.
Motion carried.
2. Vouchers: motion was made and seconded to accept vouchers
for March 2008 as prepared.
Motion carried.
Unfinished Business:
1. Campground:
Port Manager Chris Phalen reported that the campground is put together, and
that Petty cash is $1,627.53. Cash on hand $91.00 and $200.00 in bank. Port
Manager Chris Phalen added that she deposited $450.00

Ken Jarstad said the website is the same. Commissioner Edwards said they brought up the Ports website at work and the guys were quite surprised as to what we had on there. They had no idea that it even existed. Commissioner Edwards said getting our website out there was well worth it. Commissioner Stevens asked if anyone got email from Tahuya’s website. He was going to send everyone info about their website. When they had the flood, it was on there with all the information of what was going on as well as all the pictures of the storm.
3. Land Clearing:
Port Manager Chris Phalen said she called them today but didn’t find out anything.
4. Kitchen:
Port Manager Chris Phalen said she was told that we need gutters on the
building to take water away from the kitchen. That the gutters would help the
